As President-Elect Joe Biden maintains he has ‘never’ talked to his son Hunter about his overseas business dealings, new text messages appear to reveal that Hunter Biden’s associates in 2017 spoke of ‘getting Joe involved’ in a Chinese business deal—Fox News broke the story.

The former Hunter Biden associates James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinski, reportedly made the comments while discussing a joint venture with Chinese Energy Company (CEFC).

Bobulinski wrote in a text message on May 11, 2017: “Man U are right let’s get the company set up, then tell H [Hunter] and family the high stakes and get Joe involved.”

The text exchanges continued on April 30, 2017 when Bobulinski asked Gilliar, “what is the deal w Jim Biden as he wasn’t part of the discussion but now seems a focal point.”

Gilliar wrote back, “With H demons, could be good to have a back up, he strengthens our USP [unique selling proposition] to Chinese as it looks like a truly family business, and I like the dude.”
