CAJON PASS, CALIFORNIA — More than two dozen people were injured after at least twenty vehicles were involved in a pile-up in Cajon Pass near Highway 138 Wednesday.

Heavy fog in the area is contributing to additional collisions, fire officials said.

Multiple agencies were responding to the area.

The 3-alarm ‘major casualty incident’ happened near Oak Hills and Highway 138.

Ten fire engines and 14 ambulances were dispatched.

Cajon Pass is a mountain pass between the San Bernardino Mountains and the San Gabriel Mountains in Southern California.
