BELGIUM — A widespread blackout was reported in the city of Brussels Thursday night.
An exact cause of the disruption was not known but some residents of the city fear terrorism.
Local officials say utility workers are working tirelessly to fix the problem.
Additional police officers were deployed to the streets for security and to prevent any looting.
