ST. LOUIS — Dorian Johnson, who famously said Michael Brown’s hands were up and was running away from Officer Wilson during the Ferguson incident, has been arrested.

Police arrested Johnson on drug charges and resisting arrest Wednesday.

Johnson is currently suing Wilson and former police chief Thomas Jackson, saying Wilson assaulted him and violated his constitutional rights.

The details around the arrest were not immediately made public. This story will be updated.
