Police in Akron, Ohio on July 3 released video of the killing of Jayland Walker by police on June 27. Walker was shot at least 60 times. He was unarmed. Although, a gun was located in the car following the pursuit. Police said officers “reported a firearm being discharged from the suspect vehicle” during the chase.
The Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation is investigating the police use of force.
