FRESNO, CALIFORNIA — Police are conducting an investigation after a student died at a Fresno State University fraternity house Wednesday night.

Police were called to the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity house around 2:30 p.m. local time—the scene is at Bulldog Lane and Millbrook Avenue.

The deceased student has been identified as 19-year-old Omar Nemeth, of Fresno.

Officials have not indicated an exact cause of death but ‘friends said someone at the fraternity handed Nemeth a pill Wednesday and after taking it, he became unconscious,’ KFSN reported.
