MANTUA TWP., N.J. –Gloucester County — The dead body of 58-year-old Theodore Smith III was found on the bank of the Mantua Creek near the Route 45 overpass of the creek.
The officer was searching for Smith, who was last seen Saturday night. Smith lives close to where he was found.
