LEBANON, PA — The Cornwall Borough PD is searching for Alicia Buzzard, 21, who was last seen at Phil Haven Hospital in West Cornwall Township, at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 9.
Buzzard is described as 5’4”, 140 lbs., with brown shoulder length hair. She is in the company of Elliot Ravert, 18, police say.
Ravert reportedly entered Phil Haven Hospital armed with a handgun and removed Buzzard while threatening nurses.
It is unknown if Buzzard willingly accompanied Ravert. Ravert is driving a green 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche truck with PA registration ZGY-3594. Police believe Buzzard may be at special risk of harm or injury.
Anyone with information regarding the location of Buzzard or Ravert should contact police immediately by calling 911.
