Truck driver charged with 7 homicides in NH motorcycle crash

A 2016 Dodge 2500 traveling west on Route 2 in Randolph, NH collided with several motorcycles traveling east, resulting in multiple deaths and injuries, according to a press release from the New Hampshire State Highway Patrol. Seven people were killed, two were injured and transported to the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. One was airlifted to Maine Medical in Portland.

Concord, NH – Volodymyr Zhukovskyy (age 23) was arrested at his home located at 90 Newbridge Street, West Springfield, MA at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019, by the Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit.

Zhukovskyy was the driver of the truck involved in the fatal accident on Friday, June 21, 2019 in Randolph, New Hampshire.

Zhukovskyy was taken into custody on a fugitive from justice charge. That charge is based on an arrest warrant that had been issued on June 24, 2019, charging him with seven counts of negligent homicide.

Zhukovskyy was towing a flatbed trailer when the truck plowed into 10 motorcycles Friday on a highway in northern New Hampshire.
