Video Captures Moment Russian Plane With 71 on Board Crashes, No Survivors

MOSCOW — A Russian passenger plane believed to be carrying 71 people crashed Sunday near Moscow, shortly after takeoff from one of the city’s airports.

The Saratov Airlines aircraft disappeared from radar following take-off and went down near the village of Argunovo, about 50 miles southeast of Moscow.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed condolences to the victims’ families and promised a full investigation.
