NORFOLK, Va. — A woman and an infant child were fatally stabbed in the Ocean View section of Norfolk on Tuesday, police say.
Officers were called to the scene in the 9500 block of 6th Bay Street around 1:00 p.m. local time.
Police said a person of interest was in custody but did not provide further details.
