On Tuesday at approximately 10:05PM, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot inside of 367 East 96 Street, within the confines of the 67 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a 25-year-old male black with a gunshot wound to the chest. EMS also responded to the location, and transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrest(s) and the investigation is ongoing.
