New York, New York—Index crimes continue to decline in New York City. When comparing 2015 through October 31st, versus the same period in 2014, crime is down 3.1 percent or 2,817 fewer crimes, the NYPD said.

Saratoga Avenue & Pacific Street. NYPD on scene calling for a Level 1 Mobilization response for a person shot. The condition if the victim is still unknown. ESU has been requested to respond.
