BURKE, Texas – Incoming Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan (R) had a frightening encounter aboard a plane Wednesday amid a rainstorm. No one was seriously injured.
“We all walked away. It was an unfortunate accident. The plane was in bad shape,” he said.
