HOUSTON, Texas — On Sunday, deputies with the Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a business parking lot located in the 10900 block of FM 1960 Road West in reference to an Aggravated Assault call.
Upon deputies arriving, the complainant reported that he met with his ex-girlfriend, Brea Marshall who then became upset with him over the recent break up. He stated she then pulled out a knife and damaged his vehicle with it.
The complainant drove to the aforementioned parking lot and Brea followed him. As he exited his vehicle and stood at the rear, Brea attempted to strike him with her vehicle and collided with his vehicle. The complainant then ran to the front of his vehicle and Brea then attempted to strike him again but struck the front of his vehicle.
Constable Deputies located Brea Marshall still on scene and detained her.
Marshall was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time.
