Gov. Andrew Cuomo threw cold water on Mayor Bill de Blasio’s plan to wrest control of the city’s minimum wage from Albany, arguing that it could result in interstate chaos. “We don’t want to cannibalize ourselves,” Mr. Cuomo said during a radio interview with The Capitol Pressroom’s Susan Arbetter Tuesday. “We don’t want to have different cities with different tax rates competing amongst themselves.”
