CONWAY, SC – The Horry County Police Department reported an active shooting incident near the city on Conway on Thursday. It was unclear if anyone was injured.
The call came in as a domestic disturbance. The scene is at Fox Hollow Road near Highway 544 and Myrtle Ridge Road outside of Conway.
“Officers are investigating an active shooting incident in the area,” the department said in an alert. “If you are nearby, stay inside!”
Police have identified the suspect as Terry Brady, he was last seen wearing brown work boots, blue jeans and yellow construction shirt. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Police say residents should not approach Brady.
