IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO — (Scroll Down For Video) — Sheriff deputies are investigating a video that shows a group of people using an electrical smoking device and “dabbing” it against a puppy’s paw.
Deputies have taken custody of the dog, the department said on Facebook, writing, “In the last couple hours we and the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter have received dozens of messages from people reporting a video on Facebook that involves this puppy. We, specifically our team at the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter, have her. She’s safe, she’s okay, and she is being taken care of. The video is being looked into by the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office and is well in hand.”
