Port St. Lucie, FLA. — On Saturday, at 11:03 pm, St. Lucie County Dispatch received a call from a man at the 3200 block of SW Constellation Road. The male told dispatch he just shot his wife and her boyfriend and there were two children inside of the home. Port St. Lucie Police officers arrived at the house and found an adult male deceased, with an apparent gunshot wound; at the back patio of the house.
Police began their investigation with the assistance of our SWAT team who cleared the house and located two additional subjects deceased (male and a female) and two juveniles asleep in their beds. A Search warrant was approved and is being executed. Port St Lucie Crime Scene investigators along with the assistance of The St Lucie County Sheriff’s Crime Scene unit are on scene assisting detectives with processing the crime scene.
The children have been safely removed from the home and placed in the care of Department of Children and Families. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the double murder, suicide of the subjects involved therefore no additional information will be released at this time. Police are attempting to notify family members.
