Driver Accused Of Flashing Gun During Argument In Burger King Parking Lot

TEWKSBURY, MASS. — On Friday, at 4:45pm the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Michael Cetrone, 49, of 44 Whipple Rd., Billerica for assault with a dangerous weapon.

Officers responded to the Burger King located at 1965 Main St. for a report that a man had threatened the caller with a firearm. The victim indicated that after an argument, due to Cetrone cutting him off in the parking lot, Cetrone showed him his firearm and said, “I have a license; I can do whatever I want in my car.”

Due to the victim being able to provide license plate information, Officers and Detectives were able to quickly take Cetrone into custody and retrieve the firearm.
