The teenager who ran off with her 50-year-old teacher has reunited with her family. Elizabeth Thomas and Tad Cummins were found in a cabin 2,500 miles away.
Siskiyou County Sheriff Jon Lopey told Inside Edition that Cummins spent the night in jail just before FBI agents whisked him away to Sacramento where he faces federal charges of crossing state lines with intent to have sexual relations with a minor. Meanwhile, disturbing new details have been revealed in the just-released criminal complaint.
