FBI, Homeland Security Arrest Seattle Police Officer


Seattle police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration and Department of Homeland Security arrested a Seattle police officer on Saturday as part of an ‘ongoing narcotics investigation.’

The officer was placed on administrative leave without pay.

“As this is an ongoing investigation,” police said in a statement, “further information will be provided by the US Attorney’s Office on Monday.”

The unnamed officer was among four people arrested in the sting.
