FBI Searching for 21-Year-Old Mother, Special Needs Daughter

The FBI is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 21-year-old mother and her 7-month-old child, with special medical needs, last seen on June 27, 2018, leaving Laredo, Texas.

The young mother, Eunice Noemi Garza, was driving a white 2007 Saturn VUE, SUV and was believed to be traveling to Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, possibly destined for her home in Nueva Era Colonia.

Garza is a Hispanic female, 5-foot-6 inches tall, approximately 195 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes. Her child, Dayana Leeann Garza, is a 7-month-old Hispanic female, approximately 20 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

While authorities are seeking to locate both mother and child, there is an urgent need to find Dayana as soon as possible to ensure her special medical needs are addressed. She was born premature and requires special baby formula and constant medical supervision.
