Seminole Co. Fla. — The Sales Manager of a Lake Mary home health care company has been charged with sexual battery on a physically disabled client.
42-year-old Gregory Lee Porras of Deltona, sexually-assaulted the victim in her home in unincorporated Longwood Tuesday, during a consultation about home-based services. The victim, in her 50s, is legally blind.
When questioned, the suspect gave multiple versions of what took place. Based on interviews and forensic evidence collected at the victim’s home, Porras was arrested and booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility on four felony counts including two counts of Sexual Battery and one count of Crimes against an Elderly or Disabled Adult.
Early Thursday morning Porras posted $108,000 bond and was released.
