The investigation to this point shows that Robinson’s murder is linked to a marijuana distribution conspiracy. Ninety-nine vacuum sealed packages of marijuana weighing a total of 218 pounds and worth more than $500,000 on the street were recovered from suitcases inside a room at the motel Saturday.

The investigation into this case by Hermitage Precinct detectives and the Major Case Task Force of the Specialized Investigations Division is ongoing.
