MINNEAPOLIS — A domestic dispute proved to be fatal after two males stabbed each other in Minneapolis.
Today at 12:10 pm, Minneapolis Police officers responded to the 1500 block of Queen Avenue North on a request to check the welfare of a male party screaming for help.
Upon arrival officers located an adult male with serious injuries in front of a residence.
Officers learned that an altercation happened inside the house that resulted in both parties receiving substantial injuries from straight edge objects.
This is a domestic incident, Minneapolis police said.
Both parties were transported to North Memorial Medical Center by ambulance where one of the individuals died a short time later.
The other adult male is in critical condition.
No further details were available.
The medical examiner will release the identity of the victim, along with the nature and cause of death.
