Baby Rushed To Hospital After Being Left In Hot Car Outside Ariz. Target Store, Mother Arrested

GOODYEAR, Ariz. — A 5-month-old baby was taken to a hospital after being left inside a car in the Arizona heat on Father’s Day.

Local media reports the child was left in the hot car outside of a Target store for an unknown period of time before someone called police for help.

The infant was rushed to Phoenix Children’s hospital and is listed in stable condition.

The child’s mother has been arrested. No further details were available.
