LOS ANGELES – An LAPD officer charged with one felony count of having sexual contact with human remains without authority pleaded not guilty.
The officer is 27-year-old David Rojas.
“This incident is extremely disturbing and does not represent the values of the Los Angeles Police Department,” LAPD Chief Michel Moore said.
Rojas faces three years in prison.
