BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA — A person was decapitated by a helicopter rotor near a Florida airport Thursday, local media is reporting.
The incident occurred on Flight Path Drive — on the property of Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. Hernando County Fire & Rescue responded to the scene.
It was unclear what could have caused the tragic incident. The victim has not been identified.
