Portage, Cambria County, Pa. – A pizza shop owner is facing new charges after being hit with seven different counts—including two felonies for unlawful contact with a minor.

37-year-old Craig Mazzarese faces three counts of indecent assault, two counts of harassment and one count each of invasion of privacy, strangulation and dissemination.

A Portage man and pizza shop owner is facing charges after police said he had indecent contact with his underage employees, according to a criminal complaint.

The Tribune-Democrat reported: A criminal complaint identifies two alleged victims who started working for Mazzarese at Craig Mazz’s Pizza on Main Street in 2016 and 2017.

One of the alleged victims said she started working for Mazzarese in 2016 when he allegedly told her repeatedly to wear V-neck shirts “because the customers liked it, especially when she would reach over the table while wearing them,” the complaint said.

“He also constantly told her that she had large breasts and when she would wear yoga pants, he would tell her that those were his ‘favorite,'” the complaint said.
