ATLANTA — An arrest has been made in the June 28 shooting death of 37-year-old Andrew Scott Callahan. Detectives were able to identify the suspect as 21-year-old Nicholas Fonseca. APD spotted Fonseca on June 30 near 830 Willoughby Way. A cyclist helped officers.
