WASHINGTON – Republican U.S. President Donald Trump is set to address the nation on live television regarding immigration on the southern United States border and to potentially give an offer on the partial government shutdown to the Democratic Party.
It comes about 20 minutes after he held a swearing-in ceremony for five new naturalized Americans in the Oval Office, a historic first, according to the White House.
