HOUSTON, TX — On Wednesday, deputies responded to the 14500 block of Ella Boulevard in reference to a juvenile runaway. Upon deputies arriving, they spoke to the step mother of the young girl who advised that the juvenile ran away from the residence after a verbal altercation with her father, Marvin Cruz.
Constable Deputies located the girl who advised that she ran away do to being scared because her father fired several rounds from a handgun into the air after a verbal altercation. Deputies located two shell casings on the patio of the apartment.
Marvin Cruz admitted that he fired off two rounds from a handgun because he was upset and wanted to scare his daughter.
Marvin Cruz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $100.00
