HOUSTON TX: The Houston Police Department told Houston ABC News that a woman called 911, claiming her brother was walking in the middle of the freeway. The woman reportedly told Houston Police that her brother suffered from mental health issues.
Houston Police stated that a passerby also called 911 reporting that a man was laying in the road with a car in front of him.
Houston Police thought the man was hit by a vehicle initially, however it turned out he was not hit by any of the cars traveling on the freeway. The man was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hermann NW Hospital for evaluation.
