Married Couple in California Arrested on Suspicion of Possessing 2,000 Images of Child Pornography

The Fontana Police Department received multiple Cybertips indicating that an individual(s) had uploaded multiple images that contained child pornography. The investigation lead Detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force to a residence in the City of Fontana. ICAC Detectives served a search warrant on the residence and confiscated their electronic devices. A forensic review of the suspect’s electronic devices revealed they contained in excess of 2000 images containing child pornography.

On Tuesday, suspects Robert Byrom and Vicki Byrom were arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography. Images in their possession depicted prepubescent children as well as prepubescent children in sexually sadistic situations.

Due to the graphic nature of the child pornography in their possession, Detectives obtained a bail enhancement. The suspects were being held on $500,000.00 bail each.
