NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Specialized Investigations Division undercover detectives Wednesday afternoon raided a Bellevue-area massage business after an investigation begun late last year as the result of a citizen complaint determined that it served as a front for prostitution.
Three women affiliated with Bellevue Comfort Zone, located at 175-A & 177-A Belle Forest Circle, including its owner, Alivia King, have just been booked into the Metro Jail. None of the three is licensed by the State of Tennessee to commercially perform massages.
King, 26, is charged with promoting prostitution, a felony, impersonation of a licensed professional, also a felony, and misdemeanor prostitution. She is also charged with two felony drug counts and felony gun possession after marijuana, MDMA (Ecstasy), and a loaded pistol were found during a search of her Old Hickory Boulevard residence.

Cindy Estrada-Murillo, 32, of Centralia, Washington, an employee of Bellevue Comfort Zone, is charged with misdemeanor prostitution and impersonation of a licensed professional. Tamarra Nelson, 21, of Stantonville, Tennessee, is charged with impersonation of a licensed professional.
The investigation showed that employees of Bellevue Comfort Zone offered sex acts to clients. The typical fee charged was $160 per session.
