NYPD Seeks Duo Who Set-Up, Robbed Cab Driver In Queens

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached video and photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 103 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Saturday April 1, 2017, at approximately 7:00 a.m in the vicinity of 4 Avenue and Pacific Street in Brooklyn, the first individual posed as a customer and hailed down the 64 year-old male victim, a cab driver. The victim drove the individual to the front of 148-19 90 Avenue where she called the second individual to come downstairs and pay for the cab ride. The second individual exited 148-19 90 Avenue, approached the victim, displayed a handgun and demanded his property. The victim complied and gave the second individual his cellphone and approximately $130 in cash. The second individual then ran back inside 148-19 90 Avenue. The first individual fled the car westbound on 90 Avenue.

– The first individual is a female, black, 17 to 25 years old, 5’1″ to 5’4″, 120 to 150lbs; last seen wearing a white coat with a fur lined hood.
– The second individual is a male, black, 25 to 32 years old, 5’6″ to 5’9″, 160 to 180lbs; last seen wearing a blue and white jacket with “00” on its back , a blue hooded sweater, white sneakers and dark colored pants.
