A man from Ohio who is wanted by the police was unhappy with a mug shot used by police so he decided to send them a ‘better’ photo.
Donald Pugh, aged 45, has an active arrested warrant for failure to appear.
He sent the Lima Police Deperment a photo of him with the caption: ‘Here is a better photo that one is terrible.’
Police then shared the selfie showing Pugh wearing a suit coat and sunglasses.
‘This photo was sent to us by Mr. Pugh himself,’ the police department wrote in a Facebook post on Wednesday.
‘We thank him for being helpful, but now we would appreciate it if he would come speak to us at the LPD about his charges.’
Authorities said in addition to the arrest warrant for failure to appear, Pugh is also a person of interest in several other cases including arson and vandalism.
He told radio show’s hosts he is wanted by police after getting a DUI and failing to appear in court.
