FLORIDA — The officer, Frank Sikos, a 20-year veteran of the Orlando Police Department, has been relieved of duty and is facing charges after newly released body camera footage shows him pushing a man to the ground, then choked him against the ground, prior to his arrest near Lake Ivanhoe last September.
