A Falls Township, Pennsylvania man already jailed on child pornography charges was charged Monday with similar offenses.

Kenneth Richard Roberts III, 25, was charged with possession of child pornography, dissemination of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility and is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday. The new offense happened as Roberts was awaiting a court hearing for a July 2019 child pornography arrest by the Falls Township Police Department.

He is currently serving three months to 23 months in jail after pleading guilty in March in that case.

In a criminal complaint filed Monday by Bucks County Detective David Coyne: Coyne began an investigation after receiving a cybertip on Feb. 26 from a social networking website that indicated that two images of child pornography were posted on Jan. 4 from an account associated with a person in Levittown. Coyne completed and executed administrative subpoenas and search warrants and linked the account to Roberts.

Falls Township police arrested Roberts in a similar case on July 19, 2019. He pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in that case and was sentenced on March 4. As a condition of his sentence, he is required to register as a sex offender.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Sarah K. Heimbach.
