OHIO – Police have charged the parents of a girl who reportedly shot and killed herself last summer.

On Tuesday, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted 44-year-old Antwan Robinson and 24-year-old Breana Mathews, the biological parents of Serenity Robinson, for the shooting death of their 5-year-old daughter.

The Columbus Division of Police SWAT team apprehended them both without incident.

Police say on July 31, 2021, at 9:45 a.m., officers responded to 2119 Via Da Vinci Ct. on a shooting. The caller stated that his daughter shot herself.
