The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance with the whereabouts and identity of the following individual wanted in connection to an assault in the confines of the 43rd Precinct. The circumstances are as follows:
On Thursday, October 03, 2013 at approximately 2:15AM, a male Hispanic fired shots in front of 1582 Watson Ave striking a male black 20 years old in the forearm, hip and torso. The victim was transported to Jacobi Hospital in critical condition but stable condition.
A surveillance photo of the suspect is attached.
