The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph in connection to a public lewdness that occurred within the confines of the 72 Precinct.
On Wednesday January 6, 2016 at 7:39PM, while aboard a South bound “F” train, an unknown male exposed his penis and masturbated in front of the victim before he fled the train at the Fort Hamilton Avenue subway station.
The individual is a male black, 30-35 years old, 6’0″, 180-190lbs, black jacket, gray sweat pants, white ski cap, white sneakers.
Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
