Bodycam footage shows the full incident that led to a criminal conduct investigation into Florida police chief Melanie Bevan. Authorities said former officer Hannah Kalchbrenner filed a complaint against Bevan, alleging the chief improperly detained and searched two people and a home without a warrant on July 14. The Bradenton Police Department released video of the incident after Bevan was cleared of any wrongdoing Monday.
