NASHVILLE, TENN. — Youth Services sex crimes detectives last night arrested Juvenile Court Probation Officer Thomas J. Myers, 29, and charged him with sexual battery by an authority figure against a 16-year-old male on probation.
Sex Crimes Detective Elizabeth Mills began an investigation of Myers Thursday after the victim reported that Myers had inappropriately touched him last month while he was in Myers’ vehicle discussing the teen’s probation. Myers was immediately placed on administrative leave pending a disciplinary hearing. His access to Juvenile Court records and cases has been removed.

Myers is free on $10,000 bond.
