The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance with locating and identifying a suspect who is wanted for a forcible touching incident which occurred in Brooklyn – within the confines of the 61st precinct. Details are as follows:
On Monday, November 9, 2015 at approximately 8:49AM, on the north bound “Q” train platform at Gravesend Neck Road & East 16 Street station , a male suspect approached, the victim, a 28-year-old female while boarding the train and grabbed her buttocks.
The victim then took a picture with her cellphone while the suspect was on the train.
There were no injuries reported as a result to this incident.
Suspect is described as a male Asian, approximately 40-45-years-old, 5’4″ tall, with straight black short hair. The suspect was last seen carrying a large black canvas bag.
