A witness who claims she saw the victim’s body while driving to work told Breaking911, “I saw like a bunch of people around a fire hydrant and I thought, oh hell, there must be something wrong with the fire hydrant, ya know?” […] “Then I drove up and saw the body and was like, ‘Nope! that’s a dead body!'” […] “I just kept driving,” she said.

South Precinct detectives are working to identify Krqeli’s friends and associates as part of their continuing investigation. Anyone with information about Krqeli or the person responsible for his murder is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
