Police in Galveston, Texas released body cam footage of a woman being arrested after police say she was asked to leave a bank for not wearing a mask.

The incident occurred after Texas Governor Greg Abbott ended the statewide mask mandate. Although, businesses can still require customers to wear a mask at their discretion.

“Removing statewide mandates does not end personal responsibility,” said Abbott earlier this month. “It’s just that now state mandates are no longer needed,” he said.

Terry Wright, 65, was charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing.

Wright later spoke out to local news station FOX26.
