Sacramento police: 3 hurt, suspect arrested in shooting

SACRAMENTO, CA – An investigation is underway regarding a motive in a shooting Sunday morning sent three people to the hospital, according to the Sacramento Police Department:

On 1/22/22 at approximately 1:20 a.m., Sacramento Police Department officers responded to a business in the 7200 block of Franklin Blvd regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located three victims suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. Officers rendered aid and the victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment. Officers conducted a thorough investigation and located valuable evidence related to the shooting.

On 1/22/22 at approximately 11:30 p.m., officers responded to information indicating that the suspect from the shooting was at a business in the 8400 block of Folsom Blvd.
The suspect vehicle was observed leaving the area by responding patrol officers who conducted an enforcement stop. All occupants of the vehicle were safely detained.

Officers continued their investigation, and through their diligent work, identified an occupant in the vehicle, 27-year-old Miguel Robles as the suspect from the shooting.
Robles was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail for attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
