TEXAS — An out-of-control cement mixing truck collided with a semi in West El Paso Wednesday morning.
One person was killed in the collision around 8:30 a.m. on Transmountain Road near N. Desert Boulevard.
Police did not provide details about the person who died or say what may have caused the crash.
